The dcwgmembers mailing list
The information on this page is all connected with the dcwgmembers mailing list, set up for the membership to keep them informed of DCWG affairs on an ongoing basis.
Currently subscription to the mailing list is only available to the DCWG membership*. The following information therefore is only applicable to DCWG members.
(* I.e. you won't be able to subscribe if you are not a member. Why not join? However probably much if not all or nearly all of what is sent to the mailing list will be posted to the dcwgnoticeboard, and should be viewable there.)

Replying to an e-mail posted to the dcwgmembers mailing list
You can reply to the author of any given e-mail sent through the mailing list simply by choosing 'reply' in your e-mail program. (Your reply will go the the e-mail address of the given author, and that e-mail address only - it will not be broadcast to the entire mailing list, as is the case with some mailing lists.)

Subscribing to the mailing list
Perhaps you did not have an e-mail address previously, but you have an e-mail address now, and would like to be on the mailing list. Simply e-mail with your e-mail address, your name and postal address. I will add you to the mailing list.
Unsubscribing from the mailing list
'Netiquette' dictates that members should have the ability to opt out of the mailing list, if they so wish. You can 'unsubscribe' by sending an empty e-mail to the following address:
That will have the effect of removing your address from the list, and you will receive no more e-mails from the mailing list.
If you do not feel comfortable with that, but you would like to unsubscribe, then just e-mail me to that effect and I can remove you from the mailing list.
Resubscribing to the mailing list
If you've unsubscribed previously, but would not like to go back on the mailing list, please e-mail me including your e-mail address, and your previous e-mail address if it has changed in the interim. I will add you back onto the mailing list.
